Before you request the withdrawal

Check three things so the withdrawal does not get held up:

  • You have available balance. The amount reserved in a game in progress cannot be withdrawn until it ends.
  • You have played at least the value of your deposits in games with a stake. This is an anti-money-laundering measure, and your wallet shows how much is left.
  • Your destination address accepts USDT on the network you choose. If you send on the wrong network, the funds can be lost.

Bonus balance has its own conditions before it can be withdrawn.

Step by step

The process is the same on all three networks:

  • Open your EonChess wallet and tap Withdraw.
  • Choose the network: BNB Smart Chain (BEP20), Solana or TON.
  • Paste your destination address and enter the amount.
  • Check the minimum amount, the network fee and the exact amount you will receive. EonChess charges nothing to withdraw.
  • Confirm with the 6-digit code sent to your email or to the Telegram bot chat, or with your withdrawal PIN if you set one.

How long it takes

Withdrawals that pass all the security checks are usually processed within a few minutes. Large amounts, withdrawals from recent accounts and those showing signs of risk go through a manual review that can take up to 24 hours, or longer if extra information is needed. For security reasons withdrawals may be paused temporarily: during the pause they stay queued and are processed when it ends.

Once sent, confirmation on the network depends on the network itself and is usually a matter of minutes.

Tips to avoid problems

Before withdrawing a large amount, test with a small one to check that the address and network are right. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. More details in the chess with crypto guide and in the FAQ.
